Archway House

Built on history, shaped for today

Archway House is a celebration of timeless elegance reimagined for modern living. A full refurbishment project that merges the soul of a period property with bespoke contemporary design, offering a luxurious yet grounded lifestyle in the heart of London.

Through a meticulous back-to-brick transformation, Archway House unfolds across four expansive levels, where classic charm meets tailored sophistication. Every detail—from restored fire surrounds to the curated finishes—was crafted to elevate the home’s character while supporting everyday functionality.

The addition of a ground-floor extension and landscaped terrace redefines the relationship between indoor and outdoor space, creating a seamless flow throughout. The newly converted loft introduces two additional bedrooms, making intelligent use of previously untapped potential.

Inspired by the property’s Georgian heritage, rich textures and modern comforts coexist effortlessly—marble bathrooms, a German kitchen, and Sonos-integrated audio blend into the space without overpowering its roots. The result is a tranquil yet dynamic home that adapts to both quiet reflection and vibrant hosting.

At Archway House, tradition is not preserved—it is evolved. A place where legacy and lifestyle find their rhythm.
