Reviving tradition: a contemporary twist

Transforming a “Grade 2” listed Georgian building with a rich history was not just our initial objective; it was a compelling mission that ignited our passion for preserving heritage and blending it with contemporary design.

Within our minimalistic approach, Hercules Home turned into a playground where we aimed to evoke a sense of sophistication and tranquility while respecting the existing uniqe character of the space. We aspired to increase the value of the property by integrating not only through design but also by fostering a culture of lifestyle.

The decision to retain the original floorboards amplifies the perception of space, infusing the open-plan area wit sleek, modern feel. Inspired to craft a living room characterized by coziness, airiness, and relaxation, we choose a rich palette to envelop the space in a warm embrace. The dining room, designed to reflect a blend of traditional an modern elements, offers an intimate ambiance that captures both timeless and contemporary style.

Drawing inspiration from the traits of Georgian architecture, where rich and vibrant colors are central for the interiors, we’ve added a splash of color to the glass conservatory and ceilings.
