Tollington House

Memories pave the way for the future

In this renovation story, harnessing the existing inherent soul and character while turning it into a contemporary living space is what we aimed for.

Inspired by the nostalgia of Victorian features, we fashioned a modern, cosy home with both a neutral palette and vibrant colour pops. The decision to reveal the original floorboards and meticulously restore intricate details served to highlight our design concept.

A peaceful yet diverse sanctuary. These spaces artfully merge traditional and modern materials. While creating the ambience through this minimalistic approach we reflected it on the layout with open areas at the same time.

Our design journey is focused on creating the difference between a building and a home. It’s the people who weave the threads of contrast. That’s why bringing the user’s personality as much as the space itself is the key to this modern aesthetic. Tollington House provides a new lifestyle for its owners while representing their values through a minimalistic design language.

Is it about living or investing? It’s both, it’s a place to call home.
